In Ontario, the system is the invisible hand which decides who gets what when and how and the democratic order. The system is the judiciary which decides court cases, the elected assembly which decides laws and the police who enforce the laws. The system is the influence that business elite has over the creation of laws and policy. Unions which demand concessions at rallies and in negotiation with the elected and unelected elite are a part of the political process.
